Study Info
PTSD after a traumatic event can make daily life exhausting; trouble sleeping, staying on edge, reliving the past, and feeling disconnected from the people around you. Yet there are only two FDA-approved PTSD medications, and no new one has been approved in over 20 years. Up to half of people stop those medications because of side effects or because they simply don't help enough.
This study is evaluating a new investigational medicine; part of the growing field of psychedelic-inspired PTSD research now gaining national attention. Because this is a Phase 3 study, it is in the final stage of research before a treatment can be submitted to the FDA. All study-related care and study medication are provided at no cost, and you are compensated for your time.
