At Insight Clinical Trials in Independence, we run clinical research studies focused on mental health and conditions that affect the brain and nervous system. Much of our work centers on schizophrenia—studying new investigational treatments that may help people manage their symptoms, stay stable, and improve their day-to-day quality of life. We've also worked in related areas, including movement-related conditions that can develop alongside long-term treatment.

Right now we're enrolling adults living with schizophrenia in a new research study looking at an investigational medication.

Who Can Participate?

Adults who:

• Are 18 years of age or older

• Have been living with schizophrenia

• Are currently stable on their treatment

​

What to Expect

• Study visits at our center

• Phone check-ins between visits

• The study team walks you through how the study works, how long it lasts, and what to expect

​

Compensation

• Qualified participants may be compensated for time and travel

• Compensation is based on the visits you complete, so attending your scheduled appointments matters

• If something comes up and you can't make a visit, just let us know ahead of time and we'll work to reschedule

No Cost to You

• Study medication

• All study-related visits

• All tests and procedures

• Travel reimbursement may be available
